Stuff is going to be flying around if you are in a wreck. I would think a sub box would be safer than a shiny metal amp, but, hey...I'm no physics major...although I've never seen bolts 'shear' off in an impact without direct contract. No matter what you probably want everything secured so in impacts they are less likely to kill you. I wouldn't worry about that Kenny kid...in my opinion I haven't really seen any productive posts by him...but I am not checking every post either.
